Denislav Kotlarov
Denislav Kotlarov has worked in civil and infrastructure construction for more than 15 years. He has managed major national and international projects, including projects in Croatia, Serbia, Hungary, Austria, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
He holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specialising in Senior Management, from UNWE, Sofia.
In recent years, his career has been closely associated with Geodrill Bulgaria JSC, where he served as Executive Director of a construction company specialising in tunnels, foundation works and bridge structures.
At Eterna Construction, Denislav Kotlarov is an Executive Director and a member of the Board of Directors, focusing on major infrastructure projects, business development and expansion into international markets.
